Richard Oliver

Interim Executive Director of Asset Management and Regeneration

Joining Watmos in January 2025, Richard has experience managing the delivery of repairs, investment and building safety services in both Housing Associations and Local Authority housing providers across England. Richard started his career in architecture and the built environment before transitioning into the management of social and affordable housing, service transformation in line with regulatory requirements and in helping organisations transition to a low carbon future. Richard is delighted to be joining Watmos, and is motivated by the organisation’s ambition to create homes and communities that we can all be proud, and in delivering services that tenants and leaseholders want.
