Sue Sargeant Executive Director of Housing and Communities
Sue joined Watmos in February 2024, following an interesting career working in some of the largest housing associations in London. Sue has deep experience of managing operations at a senior level and enjoys the challenges of working in fast-paced housing environment.
Sue is motivated by the opportunities that good, secure housing can bring to individuals and families. She is responsible for housing management in London and Walsall and has specific responsibilities for ensuring Watmos complies with the Regulator of Social Housing Consumer Standards as well as the new Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code and resident engagement. Sue joined Watmos, because she’s genuinely interested in the residents’ experience and working alongside residents. She is a passionate advocate for resident involvement in their housing services and was excited to join Watmos, who have such a strong history of delivering resident-led services.
