Every Tuesday 6pm-7pm  

Join our teacher Grace Parkyn for a one hour Hatha yoga class that is suitable for beginners.  

This class includes yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques ( pranayamas ) and meditation to boost your happiness, health and wellbeing in a friendly, supportive and relaxed environment.
