Ethelred Estate
Ethelred Estate lies in Kennington, Central London & within both the TFL congestion charging zone & the Ultra-Low Emission Zone. It comprises of both residential homes and commercial properties & it falls within the London Borough of Lambeth and is also close to Southwark.

Thorlands Estate is situated in Camberwell, South London, bordering Lambeth and Southwark. The vibrant shopping centres of Brixton, Elephant and Castle and Peckham are just a short bus ride away. Within the area there are plenty of Doctor’s Surgeries, schools, cafes and shops. It’s also close to the Kings College Hospital, creating a pleasant community to live in.

Where is the estate?
The Estate was built in the early 1970s and has two main entrances – one off Drewstead Road and the other off Woodfield Avenue. Keep left when travelling down Drewstead Road from Streatham High Road and the estate is a few minutes walk on the left hand side. The Estate road is called Dingley Lane.
Magdalen Estate is based in Streatham Hill within the London Borough of Lambeth.
