If you have any kind of support need, please let us know and we will try our best to meet your needs when we contact you or provide services.
The following is a list of examples of the types of things you might want to tell us about. It might be about how we communicate with you, or it may be to tell us about an illness, disability or other personal circumstances than means some types of repairs are needed more urgently or you need us to communicate with you in a particular way.
This might be something that is permanent or something that is temporary and affecting you now.
The list does not cover everything so please don’t hesitate to tell us about something that is not listed below.
