Servicing your own Gas Appliances
You are responsible for carrying out gas safety checks on all appliances within your flat and this includes things such as gas boilers, cookers, ovens and hobs. Please refer to information from the Gas Safe Register https://www.gassaferegister.co.uk/ on staying safe if you have gas appliances within your home. Please read this and ensure that all your gas appliances are serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
