What is the Resident Voice?
Your opinions are important and valued by us and we want to ensure all our residents have opportunities to have their voices heard.
The Resident Voice is a way of giving your views on a variety of things that are important to you, fitted around your needs and time. You can be involved as little or as much as you want and provide your feedback in a number of ways.
The Resident Voice is an informal way for you to engage with WATMOS across a wide range of issues through various communication channels which suit you.
We are keen to have your input on areas such as;
- how WATMOS delivers services to you
- shaping our policies & processes
- scrutinising (checking and challenging) our performance as a housing provider
- how we communicate with residents for example checking customer leaflets and documents are clear and easy to understand
- taking part in more estate-based roles such as estate walkabouts or being an Environmental (Green) Ambassador for your neighbourhood.
Your time is precious to us and we want to show our gratitude. Every year all Resident Voice members will be entered into a prize draw to win one of two £100 vouchers.
