New homes for local residents

In the UK, the demand for social housing is high, but the supply is low. To help with this, we’re building new, good quality, safe and affordable homes to reduce some of the housing pressure.

We’ve built 7 new homes in Walsall. To help deliver these we secured £170,000 funding from Homes England.                  

Local families have moved into the new 3-bedroom homes at Avenues, Brownhills and Leamore. They were offered new homes at affordable rents, which is at around 80% of the market rent.

Building more homes for the future

We’re creating homes and communities people feel proud to be part of.

We’ve been working together with the Matrix Housing Partnership and have secured a further £3.3 million grant funding from Homes England to build new homes for those in housing need. We aim to deliver 60 new affordable homes, across our neighbourhoods, over the next 4 years. Together, we’ll build a better future for our residents and communities.
